Queen Svava

Svava Taggar is the beautiful and temperamental ruler of Norsa, a citadel serving as the gateway to the lands of the blue elves. From an early age, it was clear that Svava was magically gifted, and soon it became obvious that her prodigious abilities were matched by her ambition. By 70, she was a powerful and highly regarded priest with several apprentices only a few years younger than herself. Svava began to question the decisions of then-queen Evna Kukka. Svava served as an advisor to the queen, but her constant disagreement and sharp tongue caused tensions to rise. Within 20 years, a short span of time to the elves, a vicious arguement erupted between them, and Queen Evna challenged Svav'a qualifications as a priest. Svava, in return challenged Evna's qualifications as ruler, and challenged her to a formal duel.

The duel, which last for six days and employed types of magic that had not been seen by the elves of Norsa for a millennia, was won by Svava. At the young age of 88, she became one of the most powerful political leaders of the Erkenheld region. For the last 200 years, her reign has been marked both by her willful, confrontational nature and her deep adherence to tradition. Jellihondor capitalized on these qualities of hers by challenging her to a duel when her guards had captured and locked up his small battalion. Instead of declining the duel, thus letting her keep the rebels caged indefinitely, Svava's prideful and competitive nature pushed her to accept the challenge, which she ultimately lost.
