Northern Bandits

Tinker and felintark trading parties have brought news of nomadic human bandits to Elothnin. The bandits, who primarily reside in the lower San-Kesh region, are said to work as guides to lead travelers through the ominous Dark Lands.

Not much is known of their ways or lives, but the felintarks also mention that the northern bandits have developed the art of seeing, and are occasionally sought out by elvish or centaurian seers for insight into visions. The general impression given by these stories is that the northern bandits are an enigmatic people steeped in mysticism, and possibly dangerous.
