Whither name?

Dear readers, I am sorry to interrupt the progress of Chapter 1: Trial By Fire, but I need your help! It seems that the records of our brainstorming have not been as meticulously kept by the creative team as I previously thought. When I sat down to write a brief post about the provinces of Elothnin, I discovered that the name of one has gone missing!

I implore you to help me name it, for I am too torn to decide myself. It is a largish province on the eastern side of Elothnin, which borders the Klevarcht mountains. It is a somewhat harsh, rocky area, but very good for fishing. The capital city in named Tresleneer. I will tell you that this province is to feature prominently later on in our story, so its name should be of the utmost importance.
